I was living with a man for nine years and recognized as commonlaw married by all. My partner passed away and his father now, after five years, is trying to threaten me with calling the cops and filing a theft report against me for having the things my partner and I accumilated over the years. There was no will when my partner passed and I'm scared, what are my rights?
