something not right ?
My father died recently, he had asset in Spain, Scotland and USA.My stepmother has only produced a Spannish will, leaving her everything in Spain. She said that was the only will.My father's Spannish will has a clause in it saying He revokes all previous wills referring to Spain but maintaining current wills in reference to patrimony in other countries.Does that mean there is other wills? Our stepmum is forcing us to sell our grandparents home in Scotland which my father bought before they even met.She is claiming a third of the house and a third of the bank account that belongs to the house. Is there anything we can do?

Re: something not right ?
Hi there
I am Hercules Henegan in South Africa and recently received the following e-mail what worries me is that the sender does not give contact details and is from a law firm in United Kingdom. See e-mail below from sender: Attention:Sir/Madam, Compliments of the day. I am Sunny West, Esq, and Principal attorney of Westfields & Associates UK and family attorney to the late Mr. Peter. My late client made a numbered time fixed deposit with a bank here in United Kingdom before his death. At the review of his account after his death, we found out that your name was registered as the possible next of kin who should be contacted in case of his death. Please, i advice that you get back to me immediately for further briefing and information on this subject matter. Have a nice day. Sunny West, Esq |
