Smile division of intestate estate

On 8/6 I posted that the interest on my father's estate was divided 1/3 to widow, 2/3 to children but the stock was not divided. (He died intestate in Virginia)

I got no answer.

The stock was all transferred out of the estate but the recipients were not disclosed, so the stocks may have gone to the other 2 children. None of it came to me.

It's hard to believe it's so blatant. Now what do I do?

Please answer, someone.

Contact all parties and ask for a written explanation. Tell them you will have lawyers investigate and/or have them file for the court to review this if need be.

World Law's lawyers could also probably help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page.
