Good evening,
My father and his wife own a house/property (\"Property\") in Puerto Rico. The Property is registered/titled in both of their names. My father died and did not leave a Will. Since the Property was also in my stepmother\'s name, is she now the sole owner of the Property or do I or any of my father\'s 4 other children have any rights to the Property? Thank you for any advice you can give on this matter |

You should still have some rights to his overall estate which includes the property.
Get legal counsel involved ASAP to review the status of this and assist. |
