Confused cemetery plots issue

My father purchased 6 cemetery plots in 1970, on the cemetery deed it states
his name and then says \"and his heirs, Forever.\" My mom passed in 1974
and my father remarried. Dad passed in 1983. His will reads \"all the rest,
residue and remainder of my property and estate of whasoever kind and
nature, both real personal and mixed and wheresoever the same may be
situated. I do give and divise unto my wife\" does this override the
cemetery deed. Do my brother and sister and I lose our cemetery plots that
Dad purchased for us?
My fathers wife says we can\'t have them she is going to sell them. She has
her own family plot and that is also where she buried my dad. Thank you in
advance

Default Re: cemetery plots issue

The will is clear. The time to contest the will and have a judge decide has come and gone.
