Unhappy mortgage

My dad passed away in oct. My mom is only receiving a portion of his pension. she can't afford to live on her own. so she might have to move in with me, her daughter. My dad was the only name on the mortgage/title of their home. If she just left the home would the mortgage company come after her for the money.
