Default fighting executor and newer will

This takes place in New york and it is about fighting an executer
My aunt died. My parents basically supported her and left her 1/4 of the estate. This money
was suppose to be payed out 1x a month over a 10 year period. I being the executer was going to be sued an agreed to give all the money up front with the stipulationh that any money left over was to be
given back to me and my siblings. She ended up writing a new will to my cousins one of which is an attorney.
The new will was signed upside down and was scribbled, She may not have been cognizant, I do not know,
.I have the signed agreement and the previous will. The lawyer for the estate is trying to make one of
the beneficiaries from the newer will the executer. I am trying to fight this. I have delayed this once and
it is coming up again. I need to file an objection with the superior court. I need to know how to do this
and what happens if we do not come to an agreement on court day

That sounds ripe for a challenge.

It would help if you have counsel assist but if not see if the court clerk can show you a previously filed complaint locally challenging the will. You could use that as a model. It does not have to be perfect if you are pro se.

Or check court records yourself for cases too.

Or ask world law to help, they can arrange something for you.
