Question Trusts, Co-Trustee, Ownership

In the State of Florida, does being a 'co-trustee' and 'beneficiary' of a trust grant some one joint ownership of the property that has been put in the trust?

Default Re: Trusts, Co-Trustee, Ownership

No--not simply by being listed like that in that trust.

The terms would have to be more explicit.
