It is a real possibility that I am going to have some sort of an accident soon. (should my stepsons succeed) With their father in jail i am the only thing in their way of the house and cars and nonexistant savings that they long to control. Their father has refused to give them anything thus far because of their inability to act like grown men with families of their own. They don't work, they won't work, not can't but won't. Their father gave me power of attorney so I could change any of the titles or deeds that I was not listed on into my name. As I do this these men are getting madder and madder. My stepdaughter is an angel (how she is full sibling to these guys beats me.) But should something happen to me I want her to have control of everything so that she can see over things until her fathers release or god forbid death. In the event of his death, we want her to be able to distribute our possessions among herself and all the grandchildren. We do not want to exclude the boys but they would squander or pawn anything left to them. we do want the boys children our grandchildren to be included as beneficiaries. Is this possible?
