deceitful husband took my comunity property away

Default deceitful husband took my comunity property away

during our mariage my husband bought a big house and made me sign a disclaimer about my community property rights, so it could become his sole and separate property. I didn't know English by then. How can I Revoke that disclaimer and get my name in the dee of the house?
