trust for my daughter
if I put my daughters name in trust for my mutual funds and years later apply for medicaid if I end up in the hospital do they count my funds as assests or are they protected cause I put them in trust for her?

If they are funds you cannot access in any way they will not count.
Have a financial planner review if you have any questions. |
