Exclamation Cinderellaman

I'd like to consult some family matters. Last September 13, 1996, my father died from heart attack. A year after, my mother brought home a new husband to our house which she & my father had built. and by July14,1997, their eldest from two children was born. From then on, we (me & my sister) were being unfavored around the house, treating us like one of the househelps. I'd like to know my rights as the first son from the first family ( I am of legal age of 25.) in terms of the properties and in other aspects as well. Considering that myfather died without a last will and testament. I'd also would like know how does the extra judicial settlement of estate applies. Many Thanks!

Isn't it mom's house now?

At age 25 she can make you leave if she wishes...
