Default Do all have to sign?

my sis called a fe min ago She said the closing is tomorrow (thursday 5-29-08) I am the only sibling who hasn't signed anything. Can it still be sold without my signature.? Its a shame that a family wants to get ignorant over a few thousand dollars BUT,you can choose your friends but not your family. PLEASE PLEASE answer Quickly Looks like I am out of time
