i need advise

My cousin became ill,he and his mother asked me to assit them.I was given full power of attorney at the time for both cousin and great aunt.
Family dynamics I was closer to them than my immediate family.
My cousin passed away and his almost 90 year old mother who had been hospitalized 3 times prior that year with heart problems befriended the neighbors.
Now she has left in her will,alot of money to the neighbors.
The morning my cousin passed away the neighbors called the police and tried to file a wrongful death charge against me,,,,, they were helping to take my cousin to radiation,I went there at his request because he was diagnosed with cancer and I'm in the health field.
Now the will is in probate and I had tried to hire an attorney,,,,meaning gave a firm an amount of money ande-mailed them questions and still no answers.
They stated it may be hard to prove my 90 year old great aunt that I had full power of attorney for was under duress when she changed her will.
