Default Still goin at it

I've poted about this a few different times and it is still happening. My sis is now acting as the executor. She wants to sell the property and has sent papers to everyone BUT ME about the property. She has a brother listed on the paper as a beneficiary But he died when he was a baby (1 yr) back in 1950. I thhink she is trying to go around me Since the will ghas all the kids names as beneficiaries. If she has alll but me sign to sell it can she?

Even though there is a Will, the majority of the siblings can contest it and have the executor of the Will changed if that person has done something illegal and some Wills are written to state that no property can be sold by the executor without permission from ALL of the other siblings. Make sure you are listed in the Will and that it is the official last Will by requesting to have it probated. This "officially appoints the executor or some other person to handle the distribution of the decedent's property. Even if the Will is not going to be probated, anyone who is in possession of the Will of an individual who has died MUST bring the Will to the Probate Court for filing". I hope some of this helps.
