change of executor
Mr brother is the executor of an estate in Jamaica and acts for me and my sister. I wish to take over the job of executor. If the three of us sign a letter stating this and give it to the lawyer in Jamaica is this sufficient?
The estate has been in probate for 5 years and the owner died intestate. Thank you |

Not really.
You have to have some reason to remove him if he does not agree. |
