Default Question re: will

When preparing my will I want to leave a 150 acre farm to my married (for 10 years) daughter; however if she eventually divorces, I want her to retain sole ownership of the farm rather than have it divided as joint marital property. Is this possible? (KY)

Confused Re: Question re: will /I have the same type of question?

My mother, 79, has a living trust with my sister as the executor. She married a "greedy, scoundrel",who taunts that he is going to get my mothers land. Her name is on the living will in (madien-married) name form. If our mother dies, or if she and my mother die in an accident can her husband claim anything by his last name being on the trust, or through their 2 sons? Can someone give some legal advice?
