hi
Can anyone give me an idea of how much is a reasonable amount to be charged in a relatively straightforward probate case. Is it judged as a percentage of the overall estate or are there set/fixed charges? |

It can be a few percent or a flat fee. Some states have rules on fees so you may also want to call your local probate court staff.
