Just recently found out my grand mother passed away and i was not notified, but was in her will for the majorty of her estate, due to faimly history i beleive my father or aunt forged my name on documents redirecting the funds/estate to them.

Review all the records and documents and have a lawyer assist if need be. If that indeed happened you may file criminal charges and file in civil court for a return of the property that should have been yours.
