how do you find out about a will that hasnt gone to probate?

my uncle lived with his girlfriend when he passed away. he made a will like you have to when you buy a house.The nieces and nephews were all told that we were all being put into the will by our deceased uncle. we have tried to find the will but it hasnt gone to probate and there is only one person who knows of it. this is my uncles girlfriend but she doesnt like our family and will not help. how can we get a copy or just get to see it? can anyone help?

You can ask the lawyers if any that were involved or even petition the court if you feel she has failed to notify the heirs as she is required to do legally.
