My grandmother is 78 years old and has been diagnosed with alzheimers and is taking medicine for it. My aunt her oldest daughter which she has 3 1 deceased, took her and got her to sign a warranty deed of trust so that she could get her house and land when she passed away. My grandmother does not even know whether she is wearing clean clothes most of the time. My cousin stays with her and helps her and my mother the other daughter takes her to Dr appointments and buys her groceries for her. This particular daughter never helps do anything. She lives in another town. Does anyone have any advice on what we can do or can we do anything about this issue?

You can have a court void it if it was done without her being competent...
