Royalty checks
My father recently passed away and had no will he receives a couple of royalty checks monthly, i have been taking care of him in his final years and have power of attorney and have been endorsing the checks and making deposits can i continue to do this without fear of legal issues. I carry my fathers name...!!

It may be that that is supposed to be handled in the estate and divided according to state law among heirs--which may be you anyway...
I would suggest you do get some brief local legal advice to confirm what you should do. |
