my aunt died 3 years ago, wrote a will 5 years ago, revoked it 2 months later,
now some lady is trying to probate a copy of that will she revoked. My aunt wrote down many things about this person before she died. Like "she's crazy", she "stole my things". Now she hired a lawyer. What will happen next. Doesn't it matter that my aunt revoked that will. How can they probate that will? She didn't even have contact with her for 2 years before she died. Among other things my aunt wrote that one day this lady stole her keys and went through her house and took things from the house. This is all just a little crazy for me!!!! |

It does matter that it is revoked; if they can show the court the revocation is real, the matter will be over normally.
