Will related question
what is the legal age for a person that is not related by blood or
marriage to a person who has written a legal will that has passed away, does the Person(s) named in the will have to be a certain age to receive what was given to them in the will? PS does it differ in different places such as Cranbrook from Calgary? Thank you for your Time ARC |

The will can specify or if it does not, the assets are often held in trust until the child is an adult--18, 19 or 21
|
