Default Diversity Visa Lottery, December 1st 2008
The Diversity Visa Lottery provides visas to randomly selected individuals who meet strict eligibility requirements from countries with low rates of immigration to the United States. Online entry for the lottery runs through Noon EST on December 1, 2008.
