Marijauna charge

was recently pulled over and receieved a marijauna posession charge. There
was a roach, and a celophane with a very small amount of shake (sprinkles of
it). I plead guilty, and was told after I had that I cannot receive
financial aid, go to law school, etc. I have not yet paid my entire fine,
and if I do not I\'ll receive a court date. Can I change my plea, get a
lawyer to change the charge, some how get it off my record, etc etc. I\'m
only 18, and am not ready to throw education down the drain because of ONE
night.
