BAD JUDGE
MY FRIEND WAS FOUND GUILTY OF DRUG RELATED CHARGES AND THE JUDGE SENTENCED HIM TO 30 YEARS AND THE NEXT DAY SENTENCED HIM FOR 33 MORE YEARS. MY QUESTION IS CAN THIS JUDGE DO THIS?

You can appeal and if any rules or procedures were not followed correctly your appeal can cite that. It is a bit hard to say what really happened based on your short note.
