Default Judge says one thing but the paperwork says otherwise

I was sentenced yesterday to a class 6 felony theft of means, as it was in my plea agreement.
State of AZ

The Judge said to me, " MR. JOHN DOE, I am sentencing you to ONE year of probation, 50 hours of community service and mental health and drug screening. He told me my 90 days of jail were to be deffered, and as long as I remain on good behavior on probation, that I wouldnt have to spend time in jail, and that at the end of my probation as long aas it turned out allright, that I would be lowered to a misdemeanor instead of a class 6 felony., I signed some papers and left.

I noticed on my paperwork that it says I am being sentenced for TWO (2)
YEARS.

My question is: Is there any way I can hold this judge to give me the ONE year he stated and is in the court transcript., or do I just have to live with the
TWO year mistake, because that is what it says in the papers.

He truly might have meant to say Two years, and ended up saying ONE instead, but that is what he said, and thats what the transcripts say.

Should I appeal?? What can I do to hold him to this ??

There is nothing you can do. you should have read the paper work before signing. Bring it up to the county clerk and she can talk to the judge. But, you have to have the trans script that states he said one year instead of two. Does that help?
