assault
If I was assaulted intentionally, with a weapon, causing the removal of
my right eye from the damages, what would the assailant be faced with. The DA says they are going for a felony charge but I am not sure what the most they can charge him with is. What is the worst charge and how long would the time be for it? |

Could also be attempted murder it would seem to me.
