Sealing, expuge, pardon
Over 10 years ago, in Georgia, I did something stupid. Anyhow I was charged with "Theft by taking" 1 misdermeanor (nolo) and 1 felony (suspended indefinately). I'm now 30, married for 8 years with 2 beautiful children. I'm in college to better our lives. The problem is I can't pass a criminal background check that is required for most jobs. How can I get the second chance that I've earned and make my family proud of me.
Hopeful |

Consult with a local lawyer and see if you can apply to expunge it.
Or you may also seek a pardon from the governors office. |
