Couple of weeks ago , my sister in law (13 years old) told my wife that she
has been inappropriate touched by a man who is very very close in the family. When my wife heard this, she surprised everyone by sharing her experience where he locks up her in his office and made a rape attempt on her. Do we have a case against him since there is no physical evidence. Rape attempt happened almost one and half year ago and child molestation happen couple of months ago.. |

Yes. You can certainly get these reports on file and the police are likely to see other situations involving him based on what you say here.
