In the middle of the lawyers representation he lost his license...
My son had a lawyer who was representing him in charges of illegal drugs and a gun charge. In the middle of the lawyers representation he lost his license. My son had to be represended by a court appointed lawyer. Later on his original lawyer found out that his license was taken illegally. The lawyer is now telling us that it is possible for my son to get out of prison. Is there anyway this can happen? He is saying he has gone to the Supreme Court an they are telling him any cases he had during the revoke of his license can be dropped. Is this true?

They may be able to be re-tried but normally not dropped.
