OUT ON BAIL

I was wondering I was arrested in August on a 10,000 property bond I got to go to court on October 5 Will the people that signed my bond go off my bond then or will it be at the end of the trial.

This depends on a number of factors: Is the Oct date a trial date, or just a pre-sentencing investigation? What was the charge was for in the indictment and will it be the same one at trial? Will you be held in the county jail during trial, or continued to be released on this same bond during it? Will you miss a court date? All these and more wil figure into your risk factors and that will help them make their decision to contiue to bond you. If you have any coubts, call up the bonding company and ask what their policies are. They can tell you better than we can.
