I have a court date for leaving the scene of property damage (I hit a couple of shrubs) in about two weeks. I have no criminal record and my driving record is spotless, I just made a bad mistake one night and was really lucky not to get a DUI.
What are the possible penalities I will face if I forgo legal counsel and try to make a deal with the DA on my own, I was told I would be given this oportunity during my court date. If you would like to know more details, just let me know. Thanks. |

If there is any possibly chance that will end up with any kind of criminal record then hire counsel would be my advice. You don't want to deal with record that for the next 20 years.
