question about past felon
my boyfriend was arrested may 29th. he is a past convicted felon for arson. the arson thing happened in 1991. he has had a clean record since then. he was arrested on the 29th for having firearms. he had a few guns. his bond is set at $10,000. i was wondering what are the chances of him getting locked up for be a past convicted felon and having guns.

The 91 incident should not have a great impact on this charge. But make sure he has counsel or the public defender to try to negotiate a solution to this charge.
