denial to comply with a court order
A friend of mine is currently in police custody. His attorney got a court order so that my friend could receive a polygraph test. The Dallas County Sheriff (TX) is refusing to let the polygraph tester have access to the inmate. Is there some kind of recourse that my friend can do since there is a court order for this test? Or are there special hoops that have to be jumped through to get the polygraph tester access to the inmate?
