EEK! first offender

as a 19 year old with no prior history, i am being charged with 1 count of theft under 5000 and 1 count of fraud under 5000. what is the maximum and minimum sentences for such an offence. and if i plead guilty without legal council from the beginning what are the chances the judge will go easy on me as a first offence?

get counsel, at least legal aid--to help keep this off your record eventually.

Something can likely be negotiated but it will not be easy for you to do so by yourself.
