How old to be sentenced to life as an adult
I have a friend that was sentenced to life as an adult in the state of West Virginia for the crime of kidnapping at the age of 14.I have heard that at age 14 she should have gotten juvenile life instead of adult life.The year was 1996.Does anyone have any information on this.We really need your help.Thanks......
