Simple speed contest ticket spirals out of control!

In 2007 i committed a speed contest, and was offered a plea bargain which involved a 700$ fee, 40hrs of community service, 2 years of limited probation and 4 days of a work release program. I Failed to complete the community service on time and due to the economy I've been unable to pay the fine and according to county records my probation has been revoked. My question is 2 parts: what is the best way to proceed to clear up this mess I've gotten myself into? I realize they are all misdemeanors and that faces up to a year in jail but realistically (ballpark guess) how much jail time would a judge issue for these violations?

Hire an experienced lawyer, have him negotiate your surrender, face some punishment, and get it cleared.
