Withdrawing a guilty plea
What is the process? If you were in jail before the plea, do you have to go back? With a decent amount of evidence, how succesful is it? Can the sentence get worse?

very difficult to do without strong reasons and the older it is the worse it is...see the other related discussions in this forum on the topic
