require help
one of my relative worling ina bank is involved in a bank fraud. CBI has booked him iunder these section
u/s. 409, 420, 468 IPC and Sec. 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c)&(d) of PC Act 1988 what is maximum and minimum punishment under these section will he be asked to repay the total amount misused, which is 2.85 crores can any one help regarding these info |
