Default Does it hurt to write the judge or DA?

If you can't get your poing across in court, is it OK to write to them. Not so much about the case, but your situation?

The judge will normally not read it unless all parties are in court together but the DA might.


You may want to discuss the situation privately with legal counsel firstly...or email World Law lawyers on their home page to get some private input on this as well.
