Default North Vancouver RCMP

I have spent the past year fighting the North Vancouver RCMP and the Crown Counsel. I have been arrested twice, had my door kicked in twice (without a warrant once, with the door flying into my head and causing a concussion). The RCMP have kept my 3 computers taken from my home last August 18th, 2008, despite my never being charged with any criminal offence. I have had my photo distributed to N Van Rec Centres and had lies told about me. I could go on and on.

Eventually, out of desperation an Information was sworn for a S 810 Peace Bond. Since I am unable to afford an attorney and legal aid does not cover Peace Bonds I have been forced to represent myself.

Last week at the TCH, I spoke with the Judge about Crown not meeting my disclosure requests. Court was Thursday morning and I learn later that what little disclosure I received was sent late Monday Night and I never received it until Friday.

Fortunately the Judge was thoughtful and reviewed my disclosure requests one by one with Crown Counsel. Which took almost an hour. He really put Crown in their place and was trying to give me hints at what applications I need to make at the hearing he booked for June 30th. Trial is still scheduled for July 29th.

I need help with my charter arguments regarding what evidence is allowed, witness credibility, disclosure and prejudice. Also in relation to Discovery and preliminary inquiries and or pre trial hearings. Please and Thanks, Scott..

As of yesterday I received documents from The RCMP Complaints Commission saying all 3 of my complaints have been sent to the Commissioner in Ottawa. Also, that the officers involved may be charged with obstruction of Justice. I will apparently know within 45 days of the letter which, if any actions are being taken against the members.

Prior to this, my complaints had been no further than the North Vancouver Detachments internal affairs office.
