pakistan murder case procedure
Pakistan
if in criminal sessions cases (Murder Cases) a complainant has registered the FIR at police station, and after submission of challan/report under section 173 Cr.Pc complainant fail to attend the court for his evidence or have shifted to an unknown place then who the sessions case would be disposed of under what procedure ( I am not asking about the Direct Complaints)? what will be the duty of Prosecutor in above situation? |

The prosecutor can dismiss or can continue on his own if he wishes.
