Confused motion to proceed on defered prohbation

TEXAS. i'm being offered 4yrs T.D.C. to a motion to proceed on a 3yr deferred prohbation on a charge of prohibited weapon out of randall county. It was my 1st felony on my record a 3rd degree at that and was on 2007 and have a pending trial on an account of posetion of a controled sub. and avaiting arrest. out of potter county. and still cant decide what their verdict or sentence to give me. should i sighn for the four years or should i take it to trial.

You MUST have local counsel review this with you in detail and discuss all aspects.

There are many considerations and details.

It is great to take it to trial if you feel right but you need to know exactly what that means in your specific case.
