running on communtiy control in fl.
know someone who has just run out on communtiy control in fl. however he has completed almost a year with no incident. question is....will they make a fl pick up only or will it be a statewide warrant. he has decided he is gonna turn himself in monday can they charge him with escape? he left state for an emergency however they don't know he left state. can they possiably reinstate his communtiy control or is he looking at max. time now?
