violation of probation. can a public defender help me now?

recently transfered my felony probation from florida to ohio 2 mos. ago. i have completed 1 yr of my 3 year probation. my probation officer recieved a phone call stating that i have ben running back and forth to florida. also had accident near w.v / ohio state line and was taken to w.v trauma hospital. this call to my probation officer also stated that this accident occurded out of state. my probation officer is now violating my probation. this was on march 27th 2009 had appointment today with her and she stated she's just waiting to see what florida wants to do with me. if she has violated me why hasen't she arrested me yet?? and also will i be sent back to florida?? i am 4.5 mos. pregenet and just want to get this behind me i don't want to keep prolonging this situation. i haven't had prior criminal record and want to know if anyone knows what is gonna happen with me. can i be violated with someone saying something? she knows i was in w.v hospital but not by choice, i called her the day i returned home, stated i had to stay with my parents because i needed 24 hr care which she didn't have a problem with, however she is now saying she didn't give me permission.. i'm scared, confused, and lost. can a public defender help me now?? do i get one here in ohio?? or florida??

update: we are still day by day living not knowing what is gonna happen. went to my probation meeting on 4-22-09 for her to tell me she (the po) is still waiting to hear from florida, how long can this take?? she told me i didn't owe anything for probation, is this because she has violated me? and i am still making my monthly appts. will all this count towards my probation? i am very confused... i truley don't want to give birth in jail (i'm due 9-16). can this be a long process?? and if she has violated me why haven't i been arrested? i am going almost 2 mos. of freaking out everytime i hear a knock on the door, everytime i see a car pull up. i just want this over. can a public defender help me at this time? is there any chance they can keep me in ohio even tho i was placed on probation in florida? i nevver recieved a new charge just a technacality and suspesion of leaving to florida (which is hear say). hhow can i find out what is going on? i don't need the stress being pregnet. please someone let me know who i can contact or what may happen and how long this can take. thank you so much for taking time to read this.
