state:PA
just a quick one, I was calling differant attorneys to see what they could do for my fiance who is afraid to be lookin at state time, one attorney said he is going and the other one was just awesome saying he can get my fiance no jail time and a treatment program even with his background being not so good, he seems like the real deal and knows what he's doing and said when it comes to criminal, he is good because he knows how the system works because he used to be a parole officer and he will do what he can to help an addict, so my question is, can attorneys have differant outlooks and get clients the best possible outcome reguardless even if the other one said there isn't a chance and that my fiance is a goner?? |

Well that much divergence is a bit odd.
You may need a few opinions but go with experienced senior counsel in a serious situation like that. |
