My boyfriend has been in jail for almost a month on a county parole violation and today he recieved a letter from his po stating he is getting violated for everything back from the very first time he ever got in trouble, and i do not know if this is allowed especially when he did his punishments for those charges such as intermidiate state punishment programs, house arrest, can they really re-sentence you? i know i am not no attorney but common sense for me is that yes i know they can use your background against you when it comes to the revocation hearing, but to violate you on punishments you already did time for, no.......he has 7 felonies altogether and 3 misd~ the judge is actually being pretty fair, it is the DA who is banging his head...he has his preliminary coming up....and the courthouse judge said he will be sentenced off the disposition of his new charges, what does this mean?? a plea bargin is in negotation at this time but how can the system really re charge you on everything, is this a matter that a we really need highly expierienced councel or will his public defender take care of this?
