can we get bail money back?
state:PA
my fiances bail was 15,000, and we did pay the bondsman 10%, after money was handed he said my fiance had a 72 hr detainer and he will be released after 72 hrs, so we waited and here we find out, his Probation officer put a permanat detainer on him until he see judge, 1500 is alot to just throw away, is there anyway we can get this money back, do we need an attorney for this matter? |

Your lawyer or public defender should get that back for you, and you should arrange for that asap.
